Welcome to the Carnival of Job Hunting. For regulars you'll note that this is the second carnival of the day and the third in the last two weeks. What can I say, I like hosting carnivals. Of course it's good exposure, it's good for traffic and and increases the number of links. But there are other benefits. I learn a lot more than I expected about interesting topics, I learn about a number of good blogs that I should be reading (the list keeps on growing) and I pick up a number of good ideas for future posts of my own. That's a lit of benefit for so little time and effort invested.
